My EVO for 2010 Jeep Wrangler didn't work when connected

I installed the All-in-one preloaded for a 2010 Jeep Wrangler (EVO-CHR.T5. Followed all steps. Got to the point of putting key into ignition and turned to run. The LED lights on the device did not begin flashing, they remained solid. I re-did the process twice and same issue persisted. Disconnected device and waiting for further guidance. Only thing I'm looking for is the remote start using my key.

You must connect the yellow wire from the t-harness to the yellow wire on the 20 pin connector as written in install guide. If the LED did not go out when turning the key, the module is not detecting ignition.
