Is there supposed to be a solder bridge between two of the legs on the CPU.

Question

Remote start cranks but wont start. Arctic Start remote starter. When programming the yellow led does not come on just blue, red, blue, red. After programing seems to work, red and yellow come on when attempting to start but still won't fire. Hardware Vr. 2 Firmware Vr.2.08 Service No 001 A02 020523. 2010 Honda Civic.

You are currently trying to use an EVO-ALL Hardware 2 with firmware 2.02 in it. The "release on Yellow LED" programming did not exist yet with that firmware. If you have the Flash-Link Updater, you can try updating the firmware to recommended firmware 4.18.
