Why won't remote starter engage starter 2007 dodge nitro

Question

When I program EVO all with chrt5 t harness the blue light comes on and flashes and does what it is supposed to, but when I try and remote start everything powers up but starter will not engage. I am using a prostart brand remote starter. Should red light on evo all be on after programming because I can't get it to come on. I have even tried hooking up ground when running wire to 20 pin harness. I am using fortin d2d as well

Red light on EVOALL should come on when it detect GWR on the blue wire. Try to tap the blue wire to ground to see if the red light comes on.
