Activate aftermarket heated seats with EVO-One

Is there a way to have the EVO-One turn on an external relay that I can use to send power to aftermarket heated seats once the car is started?

Most important is too know which vehicle and if using OEM remote or aftermarket remote.

Yellow/Black can be configured as an (-)AUX output when option 25 is turned on to whatever of the 6 settings you need.  Add option 39.2 to that and the AUX will automatically trigger once temp is below 5C.

Dark Blue is a ground while running output. It is always ground once remote started. Not really suggested to use this since the heated seats would always turn on.

I added the relay and set the two options 25 and 39.2 but for some reason it's not grounding the Yellow/Black when remote started. I've verified that the relay is operating and powers the heated seat when the relay coil is grounded, so that is working properly.

Today was -7 C so that should have been cold enough.

Any thoughts on what might be going on? Thanks!
The temperature control of 5C is at the module inside the car. It may simply have been a little warmer inside the car.

Also, which option was used for 25?? 25.1, 25.2, .3, .4, .5, .6?

Check the description of each, sounds like your setup would need 25.6.
I was wondering if it was cold enough the other day when I first set it up as it was in the garage for a while, but today it sat outside for 10 hours at -7 C (21 F) so was definately below 5 C (41 F) in the interior when I remote started it.

I used the 25.6 option. I'm thinking of trying the blue wire you mentioned, and when it triggers the relay have it send +12V to the common of the three position (center off) heated seat switch. That way it would only provide power to the seat heater if the switch had been left in the High or Low positions and would do nothing at the Center position.
Hold on - I just found that I hadn't reconnected the Yellow/Black to the relay after testing it. I've got it hooked up now and will give it another full day outside in below freezing temps and see if the seat heaters get activated.
That did it - problem solved.
Hey Chris, how did you set up the relay for the heated seat? I have a 2015 Kia Sorento Push-to-start and I used yellow/black on the seat warmer switch and tried to remote start it a few hours after at -16 degrees C. Nothing happened.. how did you do it with the relay?
