With the Evo All UNPLUGGED, insert an OEM key in the ignition switch (do not turn) and try to remote start your vehicle, if you properly installed your remote starter it should start.

You do not need a t-harness for this car, nor is it a supported vehicle for the ford t-harness. there are not that many connections to the Evo All

If it does not start, verify your connections.

Once you have the vehicle reliably starting with the oem key in the ignition barrel, proceed with the Evo All installation and programming.

a t-harness for a 2009 mustang? and the remote starter is also connected to the ignition harness?

As Mathieu said, "Connectors will fit in a 2009 mustang but the power needed to start the car has not been tested on your vehicle and I highly recommend you use a EVOALL with a seperate remote starter."

What he is saying is, use an EVO-ALL and a remote starter but not with the T-harness.
