For ford escape 2012? Or I can start/shut the car with its oem remote? Will it need TBGM2 too?

RF kits are used to extend the range.  Most factory remotes have very limited range.  According to the install guide for your vehicle, the stand alone remote start option is not available.  The EVO-all will act as an immobilizer bypass and vehicle interface, a remote starter system will be required.  http://fortin.ca/download/11351/evo-all_ford_lincoln_mercury.rev-20130923.pdf
