Evo One Reset.

Hello.

Can the remote starter side  of the evo one be reset ?

Yes it can!

heres is how to reset it

1- turn ignition on

2- press and hold valet switch until parking lights turn on (or red led under the yellow loop begins to flash)

3- press and release the valet switch 23 times

4-press and release the brake pedal once

5- press and hold valet switch for 5 seconds. Pakring lights will flash to confirm.

6- turn the ignition off (park lights will flash 4 times to confirm exiting programming).

Thanks for that. Would you recommend a reset before reloading firmware?
resets are useful when youve messed around with the remote starter options and not sure were it stands...If youre just re flashing remote starter firmware i wouldnt think you need to do a master reset.
Will this clear the "device flash limit reached" error?

This is not working for me. The Evo one powers up my ignition as soon as it is plugged in and it does not respond to the valet switch. Is there another way to reset the unit?
