Using with Crimestopper RFALL642W

Question

I've got a 2004 Chrysler Sebring Sedan.  I see maximum firmware is according to the install guide is 4.06.  However, I am not seeing the option to turn on RF kit use as I want to use this as a stand alone unit with the RF kit for the 2 way functionality and the extended range.
